We offer three different membership tiers designed to give you access to the services you love at a discounted cost. If you have any questions about the membership tiers below, please give our Plano location a call at (469) 246-2062 and we would be glad to help.

Terms & Conditions

• A minimum 6-month commitment is required.
• The monthly fee will recur on an ongoing basis until you cancel your membership. Please contact our office for assistance.
• Membership periods are for 30 continuous days and earned services must be utilized in the time frame they are earned.
• Services do not roll over to the subsequent month(s) if not used. You may, however, gift one monthly service to a friend. Please contact our office for details.
• Membership pricing cannot be combined with other specials or discounts.
• To receive discounted product pricing online at dermskincare.com, you must be logged into your account at the store during checkout.
• Included monthly services are only available at our Plano office.
• A Small Area of Laser Hair Removal can include any of the following options: lip, chin, ears, or nose.
• A Medium Area of Laser Hair Removal can include any of the following options: partial bikini, sideburns, underarms, under the neck, or a spot treatment.
• A Large Area of Laser Hair Removal can include any of the following options: full bikini, lower arms, neck, beard, back of the neck, top of shoulders, or buttocks.
• Declined credit cards for membership payments will result in a $50 service fee if not updated within 3 business days.
• U.S. Dermatology Partners reserves the right to make changes to memberships at any time and without notice.
