Certified Physician Assistant Lauren Conner Joins U.S. Dermatology Partners’ Newest Office in Livingston
With 17 years of experience as a Certified Physician Assistant, Lauren Conner brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in a variety specialties. She has held positions at healthcare facilities across Texas, including several years in internal and pediatric medicine in Houston and Pearland. Conner graduated from the Physician Assistant Studies program at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB), where she was recognized on the Dean’s List each semester for high honors. She recently completed an extensive clinical and didactic dermatology training program in Tyler, Texas.
“Since beginning my career in medicine, I’ve always had a passion for dermatology,” Conner said. “I’m excited to lead the U.S. Dermatology Partners Livingston office. Our goal is to expand patient access and bring quality specialty care to Polk and Tyler Counties. We’re committed to caring for our patients just as we would our own family.”
Prior to joining U.S. Dermatology Partners, Conner served as a Physician Assistant at Tyler County Hospital, a rural facility in Woodville, Texas. During her time there, she referred dermatology patients to the U.S. Dermatology Partners offices in Kingwood, Lufkin, and Nacogdoches, which are each a one-hour drive away. Livingston faces a significant shortage of dermatology services, forcing patients to travel a significant distance for care. She understands the need that the Livingston community has for local dermatology care and is committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience close to home.
Now open five days a week, U.S. Dermatology Partners will provide care and treatment for a wide range of dermatologic conditions, including acne, eczema, rosacea, and skin cancer, for patients of all ages.
